We design, build, deploy and maintain automations on infrastructure you own. The setup fee covers the build and go-live. The monthly fee covers monitoring, fault fixing, provider changes, and reasonable adjustments.
You own the automation, the server it runs on, and every account it uses. There is no platform to be locked out of. If we stop working together the automation keeps running and we hand over anything needed to maintain it.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people your automation messages, and for the content of the message templates you approve. Rules on automated messaging — including the US TCPA — apply to you as the sender. We will tell you where we think a configuration carries risk, but we cannot give legal advice and we do not accept liability for messages sent on your instruction.
The monthly fee can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are not refundable once the build has started, except under the guarantee below. On cancellation the automation continues to run on your infrastructure; we simply stop monitoring and maintaining it.
We do not consider a build finished until it has run against your real data. If we cannot make the agreed automation work for you, the setup fee is returned.
We are not liable for losses arising from a third-party service changing or failing, from credentials you revoke, or from data you have instructed the automation to act on. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan.
