We hold your business contact details and the configuration of the automations we build for you. We do not hold your API keys or passwords — you enter those into your own system, where they are encrypted and cannot be read back.
Automations we build process your customers' details — typically a phone number and the reason they contacted you. That data is stored on infrastructure you own and control, not ours. Run records are kept for 35 days so that faults can be diagnosed and your monthly report can be produced, then deleted automatically.
We do not share, sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or any SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages the automation exists to send, through the messaging provider you hold an account with.
Anyone receiving a text can reply STOP at any time. That stops all further messages to that number immediately, both at the messaging provider and in the automation itself. Replying START resumes them.
Messages are delivered by the SMS provider you hold the account with. Where an automation uses an AI provider, that is likewise your account. We do not introduce processors you have not agreed to.
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below. Because your automation runs on your own infrastructure, most of that data is already in your hands and you can remove it yourself at any time.
